Silvia is one of the many cyclists I've met at the supermarket. Like many people I often pop in for a few groceries on the way home from the office which is very easy to do on a bike (especially if you've got panniers, or even better, a trailer). Silvia says that as well as doing her shopping on her bike she cycles to work daily and also rides her bike for just for pleasure.
