I came across Mark with his partner Penny at a neighbour's garage sale. They're both keen cyclists (Penny commutes by bike and they're both keen mountain bikers and are about to go off road touring). We had a good chat about cycling in general and also about how much 'stuff' you could carry on a bike. When I came back to the garage sale later on I heard that Penny and Mark had returned to buy a pile of house insulation which they somehow managed to pile on their bikes and cycle home with (fortunately Kelly took some photos).
