School Principle

I was riding back from Stoke today along the railway reserve and thought I'd drop in to see Hugh at Nelson Intermediate School. Hugh is a keen cyclist himself (a veteran of the Rainbow Rage and he'd cycled in to school today so I thought it was appropriate he was Face of the Day). He's been keen to see more children cycling to school and he's pushing for ways to make it easier and safer for children to do so. Until recently my daughter was a pupil there and I'm also a member of the school board so I have quite an interest in the school too. Hugh has been actively involved in the discussions with the council around the school walking cycling plans and together with representatives from Victory school and myself (representing BNB) we met with the council again last week.
