Senior Lecturer at NMIT

I met Matthias on Hardy St. as he was just about to get on his bike. He doesn't own a car and so cycling is his main form of transport. Matthias is a lecturer at NMIT but originally from Germany. We had a good talk about how cycling might be improved in central Nelson.
